As software development improves, AI seems to become more and more magical. This is not helped by the media and people saying AI can "learn". Yes, it gets better as more data becoms available, but it remains artificial.
AI is a process or software designed to perform specific tasks efficiently. It can range from opening automatic doorsand turningon lights to advanced conversational systems like ChatGPT, which can provide detailed responses.

Do I need a website to have a chatbot?
Short answer: No
Long answer: A chatbot is often installed on a website, but there's no reason that you cannot have a chatbot without a website.
We can supply a link to a chatbot that works as a stancd-alone chatbot. This is especialy useful if the chatbot is intended to be an internal chatbot, eg an HR chatbot.
Will AI take away jobs?
Short answer: No
Long answer: No, it will increase jobs. However some jobs will change.

Yes, some jobs are going to become obsolete, just like the jobs in the horse and buggy industry became obsolete when the motor car arrived 120 years ago. Jobs that required writing down and adding up lots of numbers have been superceded by spreadsheets. If you are concerned that your job will be replaced, recognise that your job is changing and you have to change as well.
Will my business go bankrupt because of AI?
Short answer: Maybe
Long answer: It doesn't have to.
AI will bring changes to the way we do business and work. Adapting to these changes is crucial for success.
As a business owner, you need to know where your business is going and you may have to change how you do business. Moreover if you adjust quickly you will take business from your competitors.
25 years ago we were in the consulting on the use of the Internet to business. Some businesses flatly refused to use email because they felt one email account in the Financial Director's office was suffient. Of course they eventually changed. If they had not adapted, do you think they would still be in business?
Simiarly with AI.The problem is technology is moving so fast, you don't have 25 years or even 5 years to adapt, maybe 1 year max.
